Isn’t he gonna be busy filming the second season of Running Wilde?
Don’t know if anyone else noticed what they’ve done in each episode’s opening credits. The last scene in the intro used to always have Michael positioning the little trophy on his desk. When Deangelo was manager he had that last shot with some Star Wars (?) action figure. In the last episode Dwight had it as he positioned a small Aztec warrior or something like that. I’m expecting Creed to be moving something interesting on his desk next week!
Maybe I’m being whooshed here, but “Running Wilde” was canceled way back in January.
Arnett will be busy though w/ his new NBC comedy, “Up All Night,” which wasannounced as part of NBC’s fall lineup.
I thought it was a plastic samurai. I don’t think it was the wizard figurine he bought at the mall in an earlier episode, which would have made for a nice bit of continuity.
That would have required Jim do do something with it, rather than just put “fist” into Google Image Search and print off a few posters - a plan elegant in its simplicity.
According to the latest Entertainment Weekly,
Killer
What will Creed adjust on his desk?
A bong?
Mung beans sprouts.
It was a southwest Indian figurine.
Creed in the background doing goofy stuff in his office will be funny enough.
I didn’t understand the whole significance of the “shagadelic” thing. I can see Jim bringing up something totally goofy without any siginificance…but when he said it to Dwight at the end it seemed like I was missing something.
We should do a poll if next episode leaves us with a cliffhanger. Who should be the next boss on The Office?
I don’t think Ray Romano would be a poor choice. I hated ‘Everyone Loves Raymond’, but I just think he might fit in well. I can see him being an dope or and idiot, but not in a way that resembles Michael Scott.
The dog swap made me miss a great line the first viewing;
“Nobody let my dogs hump each other. They don’t seem to know they’re brothers.”

According to a deleted scene Jordan thinks Jim’s funny…
oh shit!
COULD be a reference to the BBC version where Brent would quote Austin Powers LOOONNG after anyone thought it was funny (I liked the joke in one of the specials where David Brent appears at a pub’s ‘Dating Game’ night dressed as Austin Powers and tries to be funny).
The fact that Jordan’s in that picture means she’ll probably be sticking around for quite a while.
