The announcer sounds like my old band director, who happened to have left our school to become a member of the Marine band. I wonder if he became the Official White House Announcer Guy?

I just finished watching a DVD of Rome, season 2 episode 5, so I’m sort of subconsciously expecting Obama to open his inaugural address by demanding the Senate declare Brutus and Cassius enemies of the state.
That crowd is huge. Does anyone know if this is the largest crowd they have ever had?
