The FEC, perhaps?
OOPS. But, yes.
Or they’re going after the Consumer Cellular market in late-evening ads on OANN.
For the American system, what distinguishes between left-wing and right-wing is how much reliance is placed upon the government. Thus, Fascists are far left-wing, because they rely exclusively on the coercive powers of government to carry out their plans.
Pretty much everything about this is wrong, including your apparent understanding of what “fascism” is.
Apart from everything else, you might note that the right-wing have literally been encouraging law enforcement over the last few years to engage in the use of excessive force against left-wing groups while turning a blind eye to right-wing groups that have been even more violent and lawless. Whereas the left-wing have, what, tried to stop discrimination? One of those things bears a resemblance to the behavior of fascists but it’s not the one you seem to think.
I accidentally deleted my last post instead of editing it. So let’s try this again.
The most common features of fascism are on the political far-right. Most commonly in scholarly works fascism is described as a far-right reactionary anti-liberal movement. There are a number of characteristics and features to fascism, and a movement need not have them all to be fascist (this seems to be the confusion when Trump and Trumpists are described as fascists) as political ideology is a scale and not described by absolute fixed points on a line.
While it is possible for the left to be authoritarian, under most definitions, they cannot be fascist. While there are some left movement that have the word fascist or fascism in the title, but that would be like say the Democratic Republic of North Korea is a democracy. Those movements tend to authoritarian communism. As far as I can tell it American fascists (Trumpists) who seem to be saying “No, no, no, it is the left who are fascist!” in an effort to create confusion via misinformation, i.e., propaganda (e.g., D’souza). Something we have seen sadly all too much lately from the political right in the USA.
There are few (if any) elements in the American political left that are authoritarian communists, although this is a common confusion with the American political right that confuse any socialism (except the socialism they like) with authoritarian communism.
You might check that little ellipsis at the bottom of your post: I think there is a way to undelete.
