My first thought when I heard this story was, “Did they test for malignant narcissism?”
I agree something is fishy. I saw a clip of the press conference where a reporter asked him point blank how someone who eats nothing but McDonald’s and fried chicken, and never exercises, could be in “perfect health.” He just shrugged and answered “Good genes?” I call BS, the whole thing was a setup.
The doctor also said Trump had “lots of stamina”. When asked if he could elaborate how he tested that, he replied: None of your damn business! 
It’s not like we don’t have examples of high-ranking military brass sucking up to him. The guy is probably looking for a Cabinet posting.
Apparently there is a media/twitter-storm over Trump’s cardiac health, which the official White House doc says is fine, but other luminaries like Sanjay Gupta think certain lab numbers (like LDL cholesterol) make Trump a walking heart attack in the making, or some such.
I sense that part of the reaction revolves around encouraging the perception that Trump is a physical as well as moral wreck and thus unfit for duty as Prez. But shouldn’t these people be rejoicing at the prospect of Trump suffering a catastrophic MI and having to step down?

I know how I looked at 240 and 6’. I don’t find Trump’s appearance inconsistent with that, especially if he is not 6’3".
Find something serious to criticize about. High cholesterol and marginal blood sugar do not add up to “excellent health”. I’d like to see that cognitive assessment test. In case someone pulls it on me.

He was basically semi-retired, play acting on The Apprentice. He was the face of his company. I don’t think he had personally managed any big projects in many years.
Jumping back into a stressful job like the Presidency can’t be good. Especially if it’s true that he blows up at people every day. His blood pressure must be dangerously high.
