The Queen of Jordan Is HOT!

I wonder if the queen of Jordan is happy with her new position. Of course, it must be wonderful to travel all over the world and have more social status. But she probably has no privacy anymore. Also, being a public figure, wouldn’t she be more at risk for a terrorist to target? All in all, I’m wondering if sometimes she doesn’t wish that her husband was still just a prince.

:smiley:

If she were a President she’d be Baberaham Lincoln

Well, she knew it was coming when she married him; he was already Crown Prince then I think.

Actually, the official Crown Prince since 1965 had been Hussein’s brother Hassan, until Jan. 1999. Anyway marrying the elder son of the King makes you a public figure.

And apparently that arrangement had been just a way for Hussein to ensure that were he to die suddenly the crown would not go to a boy or untested youth; once he realized he may not have much time left he saw fit to reshuffle. BTW the current Crown Prince is Abdullah’s half-brother Hamzah, Hussein and Noor’s eldest (now in college).
FTR, Hussein’s sequential marriages were:
I: Queen Dina – divorced;
II. Princess Muna (Antoinette Gardner), mother of King Abdullah – divorced;
III. Queen Alia – deceased
IV. Queen Noor (Lisa Halaby), mother of CP Hamzah – Dowager Queen.

And he’s pretty damn hot too.

I retract my comments about Queen Noor. They were based on my recollection of a Spy Magazine article about her from several years ago. I always found Spy to be accurate, if savage, but since I’m not willing to dig out the issue in question for this thread, I’ll just drop it here and apologize.

BTW, it seems the Antoinette Gardner stayed just “Princess” Muna because that she was an Englishwoman who converted shortly before the marriage – which in 1961 would have probably been a bold enough move by Hussein without complicating it with naming her “queen.”

Checking a picture gallery of the Jordanian royals, and speaking of untraditional roles, I see Princesses Aisha and Zein in Army fatigues and… Paratroop Wings(Aisha)?? Even if just ceremonial ranks, you sure ain’t gonna see that next door in Saudi any time soon…

I don’t know, she kind of looks like a post-op to me.

This thread supports something I’ve been saying for years. I am a Jew. I say that rather than fighting, Jews and Muslims should-come together!

I mentioned this to several Islamic women at college.
DocCathode-Would you like to improve the state of Jewish-Islamic relations?
Women-Yes, of course. We should be at peace.
DocCathode-Then, howsabout we go back to my place and have relations?
Women-You’re either very funny or I should get a restraining order.

Queen Rania … MMmmmmmm …

Am I the only one who would like to go to Jordan and be royally screwed? :wink:

She does put Camilla Parker-Bowles (un-official consort of Charles Philip Arthur George, Prince of Wales) to shame, doesn’t she?
