You guys might do better if, instead of having to parse precisely which debate your candidate cheated in, you maybe pick one that just doesn’t cheat. It’s an idea, at least. Mull it over.
You say you did not ignore anything. Well, I accept that. By conflating two different events you are misleading your readers.
You are absolutely correct, in my opinion, that the disreputable actions of the DNC chair hurt Clinton and cemented people’s distrust of her.
I tend to doubt Democrats will consider advice from someone who gleefully continues to support and defend an admitted violator of consent and sexual abuser. Most of us have a moral system that wouldn’t allow that.
I would love to. I would LOVE to vote for a candidate that didn’t lie and didn’t cheat. But in the 2016 presidential election we weren’t given that choice. Sigh, for the good old days-if they ever existed.
Really? For how many years did Democrats gleefully support Bill Clinton?
I can heartily agree with this.
HD: What violations of consent and sexual abuse are you referring to?
For the opposition’s propaganda outlets to call a candidate a liar and cheater doesn’t make it true. Pity you bought into it anyway.
So your defense is essentially “some Democrats also did so 20 years ago”? Hey, whatever makes you feel better about gleefully supporting and defending an admitted violator of consent and sexual abuser. Not my thing, but some folks are okay with that.
Sure, when the argument is “my side wouldn’t do this”, pointing out that they actually HAVE done it seems sufficient to disprove the claim.

ETA: I don’t think it was some great feat of predicting the future to imagine that questions about that incident might come up and being prepared to rebut them. This is certainly nothing like the smoking gun of Brazile’s emails.
That wasn’t the argument, but hey, I understand that it probably sucks to be reminded that one gleefully supports and defends an admitted violator of consent and abuser of women, so trying to deflect makes sense. I’m still hopeful that one day you’ll realize how damaging sexual assault and violations of consent are to Americans and to our society.
I don’t think it’s some great feat of predicting the future to imagine that Anderson Cooper would make a mistake in his reporting either. ![]()
Then you should try being more clear in making your arguments, because that’s how this comes across:
Do you really think you’ve done that?
Yes.
Where?

Nope, already replied to right afterward, still awaiting your response. Not really expecting it, though.
Whatever you need to avoid discussing the fact that you gleefully and continually support and defend an admitted violator of consent and sexual abuser. You be you, man.
