The relation between outside air pressure and sinus headaches

OK, from the get go I don’t know what a barometer level means (in real world). But I do know that I get sinus headaches on cloudy, impending-rain kind of days.

Can someone explain what’s going on?

I am kissing the stillborn thread good bye. I have decided to go to wiki and find the answer after one click. Now I have one response, and ironically enough this post will be bumped.

I should point out that “sinus headaches” are actually very uncommon and are probably truly migraine headaches in the majority of sufferers. Indeed, that is why they are triggered by changes in the weather (i.e. a typical migraine phenomenon).
