The Republican Party is the Party of Evil

Alabama disgrace Senator Flubberville continues his (and GQP) stonewalling of DoD promotions and assignments. Story also notes his failure to back up his bluster about donating his Senate salary to the military … and … his Tommy Tuberville Foundation said to be an accountability black hole. A shell foundation - where have we seen that before (hint - DJT family flying circus and graft machine).

He probably tossed a homeless vet a quarter.

Now, now. You’re giving shit a bad name.

And I’m starting to become uncomfortable with what is being done to the reputation of snakes and lizards:

Now there’s talk of expunging Trump’s two Impeachments from the House record.

We have always been at war with Eastasia.

More Republican stupidity, hate.

In the wake of the Supreme Court gutting Affirmative Action, Texas passed a law to dismantle any Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion offices and activities in Texas state colleges, effective next year, but Governor Abbott made it immediate.

Great, well universities don’t need state laws to tell them how to continue valid hiring practices that are better for the schools, better for students, and better for the reputation of the institution.

Oh wait. Texas A&M University is now embroiled in a scandal over just that. You see, they made this big promotion about luring Former New York Times editor and tenured journalism professor at UT Austin to come revitalize their Journalism program. They made her an offer, which she accepted. Then this DEI nonsense dropped, they rescinded the offer, but have her a new one without tenure. Then they pulled that offer, and gave her one for a limited contract that could be terminated at any time.

Note that this has gone public, there’s an investigation into the whole situation, and the A&M President immediately resigned.

Sadly, this nonsense isn’t limited to Texas, as other states are working on similar legislation.

And yet another Rubeliqan promotes Hitler adoration:

Paul Gosar’s Newsletter Features Website That Calls for Readers to ‘Stand up for Hitler’: Report

A Sunday newsletter from the office of Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Az.) featured a link to an antisemitic website known for promoting conspiracies ranging from QAnon to Holocaust denial, according to a report from the progressive nonprofit Media Matters For America.

And the salient bit from that link is this lovely line:

“Stand up for Hitler,” the writer added.

You might not recognize the name but he’s one of the real Deep State behind the GQP plan for autocracy. Leonard Leo - Federalist Society - SCOTUS.
Shitheels like DJT, DeSantis, Marge, Tumorville are just the public facing marionettes.

Oh good, so, Fucking Fascist Lenny Leo is the newest internet meme. Right on. Got it.

Let’s get this fine example of a RepubliQuan up there too. They don’t have a monopoly on violence against wives and family but when the Speaker of the House calls for your resignation … Only the best???

Greg Gutfeld: “Some Jews survived (The Holocaust) by being useful.”
It’s not the best cite but it’s what I could find.

I’m plugging this in here, I don’t know if every single one of these men are self-hating, twisted, women bashing Republicants - but I’m guessing that’s the most likely case. WARNING EXTREME HATRED

I’d include excerpts but you need to read the whole damn thing.
It’s being held in church. God is dead.

Arizona Court Cheats To Deny Citizens Voting Rights Initiative

Read the piece – there’s not even any subtlety. This is outrageous cheating, pure and simple.

So, of course after that oopsie, they’ll let it on the ballot in the next election, right?

Let’s be semi-graphic here. The body of a ten-year old is not designed for childbirth.

To say nothing of giving birth to the baby of her rapist and child molester. Family values!

Well, I guess it is if it’s an incestual rape. Good grief!

And we have yet another example of the cruelty is the point down Texas way:

Amid this punishing heat — which is even still milder than last year, during which at least 306 people died of heat-related illness in Texas — the Texas Department of Criminal Justice has raised the price of bottled water available in prisons by 50%, local outlet KVUE reported.

But why can’t the prisoners just drink the tap water? Oh, yeah:

Amid this punishing heat — which is even still milder than last year, during which at least 306 people died of heat-related illness in Texas — the Texas Department of Criminal Justice has raised the price of bottled water available in prisons by 50%, local outlet KVUE reported.
