In your business you can tell people that they must wear a NASA spacesuit to enter if that is your desire. Likewise others can disagree with you and inform you of their disagreement, and if they feel strongly enough about it, decide not to do business with you.
This was the law pre-Covid and nothing about that has changed.

What is your opinion of states or localities that are requiring that businesses accept cash?
I’m generally against regulations on small businesses, including requiring them to accept certain forms of payment.
That said, cash is king. When I quote a price for a farmer I usually pad the bill a bit. If I tell him it’ll cost him $375, I know he’s going to pull out his roll, waggle his eyebrows, and ask, “what if I pay cash?” I then can come back with $350. He’s happy and I’m happy, since $328 was what I really wanted all along.
I’m “fully” vaccinated (J&J… I’m betting there will be a booster shot in my future plus a yearly shot) but I plan on keeping my mask on any time I’m out around strangers. That said, a few excerpts from this study:
