the rules of this school piss me off (and i don't even attend)

My good side is horrified at the draconian rules of that school.

My sensible side knows that the school is private and can set any rules it wants (so long as they are within the law), and that such a thing should go without saying, but notes that some of these rules could allow for corruption.

My bad side is thinking that conservative suckers get what they ask for.

I didn’t know that Monty. So, private enterprises can limit free speech? Interesting. I was under the impression it was a universal human right.

In my college you can:

lock yourself into a government building for 3 days as a protest against raising tuition fees

hand out Socialist worker pamphlets

join in a May day anti-globalism/anti-capitalist protest and get arrested

attend a Sinn Fein march or rally

sign any petition you wish

All without any fear of punishment.

So I’m just not getting a real handle on this, I suppose.

Slick, people have said most of what needs to be said – but have her make sure her credits from there are transferrable – many academically respectable schools won’t accept some courses from sectarian schools.
