I noticed detective Wyms has a limp and is taking what I assume is painkillers. Was any back story ever provided as to why? I seem to have missed it.
Near the end of season 5 it was revealed that she had lupus for the last fifteen years and that it was flaring up recently.

I was not one of the select few I guess. So the drugs she is taking are probably not painkillers then. Looks like she might make taking Vic out her final mission if the flair up gets bad enough.
