The Signature Thread

missed the edit window…
Deserticola refers to the hare Lepus Californicus Deserticola the jackrabbit that ranges in my local area. The hare was the original Eoster Bunny.

sigh…missed the edit window again:smack:

that was supposed to read “sometimes thought to be the original Eostre Bunny”

Well there ya go, I didn’t even know people had signatures on here.

Now I know, I’ve figured out how to view them and I’ll have a think about adding one myself.

A quote from my favorite philosopher, and a summary of my life so far.

There’s some awesome sigs here.

Mine is just cause I really like Douglas Adams and this quote of his is one of the truest things I’ve ever read.

Nm. For some reason, my sig won’t show.

Mine’s very new. Something I ran across on the Infobahn.

Signature? What signature?

This is reminiscent of something I heard on the radio. I tried googling it but no luck. To me it sounds like Tim Conway from the Carol Burnet show days. Its:

“You’re not making them laugh but you’re bringing people together.”

Mines a quote from the TV show 2 Broke Girls. Max and Caroline went to work at a Starbucks for a couple of hours to learn how to use an espresso machine similar to one they had gotten for their cupcake shop and Max is making fun of the ridiculous Starbucks style orders people were making.

Here’s the scene. It starts about 2:15 but really the whole scene is hikarious.

Although I recently watched the newest TMNT movie and laughed my toes off at when the turtles jumped sans parachute from one plane to another mid-air and Mikey and Leo are going to a make hard hitting landing on the plane they jumped to. Mikey says:

“Prepare for the ouch.”

Wise words from a wise turtle.

Just a little bragging…

I’ve had several, but the current one is just a little nod to David Bowie.

Also, I LOL’d at seal_cleaner’s sig.

I change my sig from time to time, but my default over the years has always been “When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.”-Hunter Thompson. It comes from a 1974 article he did for Rolling Stone titled “Fear and Loathing at the Super Bowl”.

It’s been so long since I used it that I’ve forgotten what it is.

Sadly, mine is so true for me. :frowning:

This is even older and I use it a lot other places.

Line 1: my favorite Ratbert quote
Line 2: comfort for anyone meeting me for a Board fest or online dating.
Line 3: A not very well updated advertisement for the MMP.

I don’t use mine much. The older I get, the more it fits.
