I did like the joke that went something like,
Marge: “It’s true, I can’t say No to anyone.”
cut to flashback clip of Patti & Selma stuffing her in the dollhouse, then cut back to the prsent
Marge: And that’s why I can never say No.
Homer: I have no idea what you were just thinking. Why would you think I did!?
Ha!
I loved this episode. It kind of hit home because 1, my wife and I have actually called each other Grumples before, and 2, I work in Scottsdale.
This whole season has been great. There was good reason to complain for a few years but the show is damn near as good as it’s ever been right now. If you’re still complaining it’s only because it’s become “cool” to complain about The Simpsons.
