my friend has a problem with her sims game. i myself don’t know a whole lot about this game, but from what i gather, she calls people up like the maid, the gardener, the delivery boy, neighbors etc. and they say they’ll come but they don’t show up. she thinks it might be because lately this weird fay-looking bear has been wandering around, and she thinks it might be scaring people away. any ideas or suggestions?
Yeah, get rid of the bear. Same thing with a ghost…people won’t come by. My ex used to be obsessed with the Sims and it was always on in the back room. Usually, if you clean up after yourself more often insted of relying on the maid it should go away. If not, wait till it’s on your property and go into build mode…build walls around it and keep it in there. It should die after a while and there should be an urn left in it’s place. Bury the urn in a nice garden in the back yard or chuck it and you should be fine.

That game is buggy as all hell. I should know, I worked tech support there for a while. The more expansions you add, the more trashed it gets.
