Sasquatch was, AIR (as I recall), a robot created by a race of outer space colonists living in the woods of (I believe) Washington state. Right around where “Twin Peaks” took place, now that I think of it. Hmmm.
In one of the TV movies, Jaime was also fitted with a bionic eye. It wasn’t really explained why, other than she had earlier in the show been the victim of a bionic computer virus and had been in a coma.
See above for Sasquatch. The bionic dog was Max. There was also in the original series a “seven million dollar man” (both arms bionic) who was named, improbably, “Barney Miller.” In the various TV movies, I recall a new bionic man (Steve Austin’s son), a bionic spy and a bionic Sandra Bullock.
FYI, the Sci Fi channel released the theme songs for SMDM and BW on “Sci Fi’s Greatest Hits Vol 4: Defenders of Justice.”
Wow, thanks for all the info, but sadly, we don’t get the Sci-Fi channel in Canada, we have the Space Channel.
Maybe I can pester them into airing some episodes. C’mon, fellow Canucks, let’s harass them into submission!

Well? Did they give him a Bionic eye or not?
That’s ironic…here in America we get the Waste of Space Channel. Better known as the “Dubba, dubba, dubba-yu - BEE!” (WB Network.) Sorry! Couldn’t resist!

Hey, how did those 3 posts from me get there? Each time I tried to post that, I got an error, then checked the thread and the post wasn’t there.
Ever the fan of puns, I would point out that the dog, Max, was so named because of his cost… a bionic dog didn’t cost but a sixth of Steve’s construction, so the dog’s full name was Max-a-million.
The fembots had several appearances… I recall John Houseman’s role, and a later appearance by his character’s son.
Although I was as credulous as the next kid, I do remember one scene that really bothered me… a helicopter was lifting off from a field, and Steve (after running out at bionic speed to catch it) grabbed a landing strut and pulled the copter back down. But what should have happened is the copter should have simply taken off, with Col. Austin up in the air doing pull-ups on the landing strut.

Didn’t Steve Austin’s bionics make him weigh a lot more than an average man? I seem to remember an episode where someone was tracking him and noted how much deeper his foot prints were. Or maybe I’m just imagining that part. I keep finding that my memory mixes up episodes of the Six Million Dollar Man with the following episodes of Night Stalker.
That was a fembot episode Bricker mentioned. It was Oscar Goldman who Steve suspected as being a Bot when in his office he left impressions in the carpet. Steve notices this then drops a pencil on the floor, BotOscar steps on the pencil and crushes it to pulp.
Exactly. Oscar (the erstaz Oscar) was walking back and forth in his office distating something, and Steve noticed the floor was creaking as he walked. So he tossed a pencil into Oscar’s path, and it was splintered into pulp. That’s when Steve knew for sure that he had a robot on his hands.
Ah, my misspent youth.

I don’t doubt the episodes of Steve’s heaviness though I don’t actually remembe them but I do recall an episode where he ran, caught up to and broke into the trailer part of an tractor-trailer as it was rolling down the highway. The truck then went through a weigh station and the driver made the comment to his shotgun rider that they had picked up ~220-240 lbs.
Did he weigh more or not? Go figure.
