The Small Sheep Enjoyed Their Holiday

Hello. Three of my small sheep - Biff, Guillaume and Mortimer - returned yesterday from a holiday in Kos. Guillaume and Mortimer are seasoned travellers but Biff had never been abroad before. I made Mortimer promise he would looks after them both since Guillaume is apt to get up to capers and Biff was a bit overexcited.

They tell me they had a very good time and asked me to share their photos with you:

The trio check out the pool on their arrival. It is enormous! Small sheep are not powerful swimmers but they enjoy a dip now and again.

They remember to spend time in the shade and apply suncream. Small sheep burn easily!

At night, they get overexcited and Biff and Mortimer egg Guillaume on to drink an enormous brandy glass of red wine. Not that Guillaime needs much encouragement, he loves his vin rouge. Typical Frenchman.

But oh dear, Guillaume feels the effects, Biff and Mortimer are concerned.

It’s ok though, Guillaume slept it off. The next day they visit a local archeological museum, where they say hello to one of their chums from antiquity.

The real purpose of the holiday was to have a rest and catch some rays. From here, they can see the island in the pool where they have a creperie. They had lots of chocolate crepes and ice cream.

And, having enjoyed themselves very much, they returned home. Biff proudly shows off his souvenir of Greece t-shirt.

Bwah! That made my day. The sheep appeared to have a jolly good time! Aren’t you lucky you got to go with them? Love it.

I LOVE THIS.

My parents gave me an albino alligator* from their trip to Florida and on a lark I photoed his Big Day Out around my yard. Albie posed as a hood ornament, looking at the bridal wreath in bloom, and on the slide of an old swing set my landlords have. When he wanted to use the see-saw, he invited Curly to join him and that got documented.

I sent the photos to Mom and she put them in her treasures box.
*Like this guy, but with pink eyes.

Awww. I love that you got a teeny tiny shirt.

I forgot I had the pix on-line: action shot.

Curly is from Colorado State so he has his wristbands on.

Squee! Little mcsheepersons! That’s just too cool!

This thread made my day! I forwarded it to everyone in Shellville to enjoy as well!

Adorable!

I had some critters shipped to me recently!

One was quite shy but eventually took a look about
Butthis one broke loose!

…they had small sheep sized t-shirts of the Greek flag for sale?

Of course. Doesn’t everywhere?

Not that I’ve noticed, but I’ll be sure to look when I go to the farmers market in a bit.

Hee! Love both of these.

Say, you’re not trying to pull the wool over our eyes, are you? All those sheep have exactly the same smile.

Are they Dolly’s offspring or what? :stuck_out_tongue:

Hal Briston joke in 3…2…

What’s brown and sticky? A stick! <buh-dum-csssh!>

Or is that not what you meant?

This totally reminds me of that restaurant thread that had the story with the stuffed dinosaurs out to dinner. That was awesome.

I remember that! Do you have a link? I giggled so hard when I read it, I’d love to see it again.

It was yams!! post in The Customer is Always Insane thread. Post #75.

Mine isn’t as cute, but I offer Lucky Kitty as another example of a widely traveled and photographed stuffed animal.
