I just think that this community would be a lot better if we didn’t have to deal with certain beliefs that are obviously over-the-line crackpot paranoid lunacy, namely the delusion that the belief that the opinion that the expression of the idea that certain opinions should be suppressed needs to be restricted ought to be suppressed is something that people should be required to keep to themselves.
I didn’t find it too hard to understand. You just have to start in the middle.
Expression (E) = certain opinions should be suppressed.
Opinion (O) = (E) needs to be restricted.
Belief (B) = (O) needs to be suppressed.
Delusion (D) = (B) ought to be kept to oneself.
Clearly the OP is fed up with (D), and I can see why.
I zeroed in on it? But I still don’t know if this is a parody thread or not.

And yes, it was a parody thread as discussed on page 2 of this very thread.

From the OP:
Now that’s just not fair. I had a respectable whooshed to clued-in ratio, and I didn’t even break character until I had gotten over twenty replies. And now you’re attempting to exercise control over the content of my posts by requiring that I provide links? Stop infringing on my right to free speech, jerkoff!
jjimm, I think I love you. In a gay way.
It was a parody- the smilie might not make it into the quote. Page 2 made it pretty clear, and also explained the difference between Voltaire and Voltron. And knowing is half the battle.
