Anyone ever use it and can you help me figure out what’s wrong?
I have a new computer, and I cannot get it to do a split screen so I can transfer my files from the old to the new computer. It just sits there. The cable is hooked up to the USB ports in the backs of both and the green light is flashing.
The old one is a Dell Dim. 3K running XP with 2GB
And the new one is this:
