I can’t believe I’ve never seen a thread like this before. If there’s anyone who deserves appreciation, it’s TubaDiva.
A zillion years ago, when I first started posting on the SDMB, most of the mods and admins were just reg’lar posters, like you and me. CK Dex, Lynn, and Euty were members, not staff. Well, Lynn was the C&P Queen, so that’s something. But Jenny has always been staff. For years now, she has been an important part of what makes the SDMB the SDMB.

From 1996 and on, Tuba has been wonderful to me and has handled all the problems have taken to her with grace and dignity.
Tuba is the greatest. 
I think Jenny is great. What I love best, though, is her ability to swoop down like an avenging angel, lock down a thread, ban an ijit, and be offline playing with her dogs faster than a speeding bullet. Makes me feel all squishy to think about it.

Tubadiva has, on occasion, provided invaluable assistance to the administrators on the G’Dope board. As that board is not officially part of the SDMB, her help was, IMHO, definitely above and beyond the call of duty. We emailed her asking X, and recieved a very patiently written and detailed response with a complete rundown of not only X, but also Y, and Z.
The SDMB is lucky to have her.
TubaDiva, you’ve handled such a broad scope of human mish mash for so long so long, with an ace eye and good heart. We all owe ya so much, for being on duty in the wee and dark hours to keep this place going. I hope that every hour you’ve spent keeping others going flies up and yond on the same strong wings, and comes back to you to the umpteenth power.
