The type of dreams I hate

Before Spring Break, I was told by my Director that everyone will be having a costume fitting, woe be it the poor soul who misses their fitting. Not wanting to make a poor first impression, I dutifully checked the call board every day before rehearsals to see if they had posted the date of my costume fitting. I was really worried, because my name wasn’t listed. The stage manager assured me that they would have it listed after Spring Break, but since I don’t know WHEN, I am crossing my fingers hoping there won’t be a conflict.

Last night I have a dream where I am in the Theatre Arts department, frantically trying to find the date of my costume fitting. Every damn time I look at the call board, something goes wrong. I look under my name, and the date is jibberish (big surprise, right?" :stuck_out_tongue: ) I ask the costume shop people what the date/time is, and every time they say it, some noise drown out what they said. Sigh.

I have the same type of dream, except I’m in court but can’t remember who my client is, so every time they call a case, I look around to see if anyone is stepping up.

Those are the worst types of dreams. I have a recurring dream where there is some sort of emergency going on and I have to call 911 or some other number and I keep dialing the number wrong.

My worst types of dreams are the ones that happen while I have to pee. I once dreamt I was travelling across the country and every time I stopped to pee, there was something wrong with the bathroom. Thank Og my subconscious took care of that. I’d hate to go pee in a dream :smack:
However, it does make for uncomfortable dreaming.

Sometimes I will dream that I *am *peeing. Let me tell you, those get you up and out of bed in a panic!

Oh, I have this one, too. And then, when I finally do get through to 911, my voice won’t work, and the operator hangs up on me. So I start dialling again, get the number wrong again, lather, rinse, repeat.
