The U.S. and Judicial Appointments Now.

I just want to know how the Democratic U.S. Senate is handling Pres. Bush’s judicial appointments now. Are they blocking all of them? Are they blocking any of them? I know when Republicans controlled the Senate, there was a controversy about Democrats using an unprecedented filibuster strategy. But now the Democrats are in control. So blocking controversial judicial appointments should be easy now, no?

BTW, I did use a search engine to try to find out about this very subject matter. But for some reason I didn’t get too much. Maybe my search engine terms weren’t good enough. I don’t know. But now I submit my question in this forum.

And as always, thank you in advance to all who reply
