What are your best character virtues?
For me:
I think im polite (i hold the door open for everyone), and im a hardcore optimist.

I tend toward being incessantly optimistic and polite. In the tradition of being a true gentleman, I open and hold doors much like HerMajestyLorna. I wonder if optimism and being nice to people are traits that go hand in hand?
My BEST trait would probably be my patience with others. Of course, it gets me taken advantage of, occasionally, but the payoffs in other areas more than make up for that.
I smile alot and listen well. I also will help others out.

I’m honest, even if my honesty costs me whatever i’m seeking. (Once, when asked in an interview if i procrastinate, i said yes. When asked how often, i said “pretty much all the time”.)
I’m incredibly loyal to my friends.
I try to be polite to people, I hold doors and call people “Sir” and “Ma’am”, which often gets me some very odd looks…
Probably my best trait is my dedication to my friends. The minute I decide I like you, you become my friend. As my friend, I will defend you to the death, give you my last dime or the best advice I can muster or any necessary organs, loan you anything I own from that cool new CD to my favorite old shirt to my car to my boyfriend if that’s what’ll make you happy, and do my best to make sure that you are healthy and happy in all things. I will maintain this loyalty to you until I die or until you decide to break off our friendship.
