Dating from at least 1639 and has never been translated.
Any new dope on it?
It gets some play in documentaries about cryptography from time to time. I think I have also seen it in a documentary about buried treasure and maybe faked manuscripts. If it’s been run by the NSA guys and they can’t figure it, I suspect that it is gibberish by someone who could draw but not write.
It says,
