Andrew Lincoln was on the David Letterman show this week. Am I the last person to find out that he’s British and very much sounds like it?
You don’t remember him from Love, Actually?
Nitpick: Raylan Givens. In case someone wants to Google and can’t find him.
Megadittoes to SenorBeef and I’ve wondered the exact same thing.
I quit this show because in S1 each episode was thoroughly stupider than the one before, but I’m back somehow and now I’m just confused by the erratic goodness/extreme badness of it all. I wanted to put a brick through my TV when Lori decided she just had to drive down unfamiliar roads to tell Rick to go get the vet-guy… which he was already doing. I pray to god she’s dead or thoroughly zombie chomped so someone can cap her proper.
Probably. Same with Vampire Bill on True Blood, if you didn’t know that.
And Hugh Laurie from House.
Nope. I just watched the episode again and I rewatched that scene a couple of times to be sure. Glenn is in the background and out of focus in that scene, barely visible. If anything, it’s Rick who gives it away by glancing at Herschel when Dave asks about a farm.
I knew, because back in the 1990s when i was living in Australia, the British drama This Life played on Australian television. It was a BCC production about a group of young lawyers starting out in London, and was actually much less insufferable than it sounds. I quite enjoyed it.
Lincoln played a disaffected lawyer who quits his job and opens a cafe instead. He was a far less tough and masculine persona than his “Walking Dead” character, evidenced by his rather dweeby nickname of “Egg.”
Dammit, I think I might miss tonight’s episode. Darn you, weekend at a resort in the mountains! Darn you to heck!
Wait, then what are you doing here?!
We can’t spend every waking minute in the hot pools and eating.
ETA: But we are giving it our best shot.
that’s a great scene. it is just so oddly mundane when it shouldn’t be.
Dale says to Lori, before she drives off, that Shane “outright told me” he’d killed Otis, or at least heavily insinuated that he had
I thought he said something like, “He did everything but tell me…”
Something like that! I’ve watched it twice now and I still can’t remember the exact line :smack: but he does say something about Shane heavily implying that he shot Otis and left him to the Walkers. Or Dale said it and Shane didn’t deny it…
Maybe one day I’ll have the ability to watch TV and be online at the same time…?
Dale, " I believe …blah blah blah… I can’t prove it …blah blah blah… i think …blah blah blah… He said it, he said it! He all but threw it in my face… blah blah blah."
