My boyfriend works at a B!g Spot … er, Big Lots and they actually notoriously have bad roofs, they always seem to be in need of repair. Every one I’ve been in seems to have a roof leak somewhere. However, I have never seen one with wooden shelves or that much booze (they only recently started carrying wine). But I live in Florida so maybe those Georgia ones are different.
Was there a continuity error with Carl’s hat? I clearly remember him having it on during at least one exterior scene.
Ok loved the episode last night, but did anyone have issue with how non chalant Rick took to doing his farm work while wearing earbuds? In a time where being able to hear danger, he seems pretty confident/indifferent to being fully aware of his surroundings.
Darryl shook hands with sick boy…please don’t kill Darryl…oooh or maybe Carol will nurse him back to health, groovy and icky at the same time, lol.
A phalanx formation with shields and/or spears should be able to kill infinite zombies, especially with a good chokepoint. Only problem might be anklebiters.

If Darryl get’s sick it damn well better be preceded by a lengthy scene of him showering in that water with as much skin as AMC allows!

Museum Replicas Limited / Atlanta Cutlery is located in the area. It would be fun to have Rick and the gang meet up with a gang of “Renaissance Faire” / “Historical European Martial Arts” enthusiasts who use longswords, halberds, warhammers, etc to fend off the zombie hordes.
I got the impression the NBG (new black guy) is up to something…

I was too busy admiring the old “the music is just on the soundtrack / no, wait, the music is in the story” trick the director was using. Now that I think about it, no, I don’t begrudge Rick some iPod time. We can’t expect him to be vigilant every second of every day. That’d just send him back to the crazy place. He and the others have gone to a lot of effort to build a reasonably safe and secure place, so they ought to get to enjoy it occasionally.
Funny you should mention that. I was wondering if there was a medieval-style weapon that shot multiple bolts or arrows, sort of like a Gatling gun? That could pick off a lot of walkers and then you could reuse the bolts.
Also, I think they should look for a backhoe and dig themselves a trench around the fence.
Next week is already on my nerves, The correct way to get the herd off the fence is to lead them away not pile up the living at one point and draw them all to that point.
I seriously cannot figure out why I watch this show. Its soooooo not good on so many levels. everyone inside, one car leaves honking like mad and takes a nice slow drive while the horde follows behind.
