Well, fine then! I’ll just talk to myself. The game sucked but the nachos were teh num and so will be the brownies with ice cream, whipped cream, and maraschino cherry on top of which we are about are to partake.
I turned off the pumps so that Mrs. Plant (v.3.0) could feed her coral, and the return pump wouldn’t start, and the skimmer wouldn’t make enough foam. Fortunately, I have spares.
Our favorite fish store (PETS, Swampy! :rolleyes is going out of business. I saw a 4000 litre/hour pump for $20.00. I’ll but it tomorrow if it is still there.
flytrap how sad! Best stock up on them fish to fry!
JDD and Partner have left. They were good boys and did not partake of so much alcohol they could not drive. I, on the other hand, was not such a good boy. Good thing I live here.
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. YAWN 'Tis 36 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 59 for the day. The wind is calm at least.
This bein’ brunch Sunday, I have chikin divan bakin’ as I post. I put it together yestiddy cause I think it’s better if it sets in the fridge overnight. After it bakes I’ll put it in a warmin’ bag which does pretty good keepin’ things warm between four and five hours so it’ll be warm still when eatin’ time comes around.
Ok, that’s all I got. I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy wants to be fed. At some point purtification for deheathenization must commence. That will occur after the casserole is through bakin’. I have a thing about needin’ to be nearby whenever anything is in the oven or on the stovetop.
I think I might be the only person in the USofA who does not like Cracker Barrel’s pancakes. Other stuff there is good, but the pancakes are ick. I’ve had people look at me like I just said my hobby is kickin’ puppies when I’ve mentioned this fact.
In other news, casserole is done. When OYKW finishes his purtification ritual, I shall commence with mine.
I got blueberry pancakes with a bonus hunk of green pepper in one of them. Luckily, I found it while buttering and syruping the pile - it would have been a very unpleasant surprise if I’d bitten into it. ick.
We also ran by WalMart - I wanted to get some butter and we want some fire starters. But they were out of fire starters. So was Lowe’s. So kindling and paper it will be. Till we get some starters. For the basement fireplace, not the pellet stove. That has a built-in starter.
Shortly, I will fire up the oven and bake a couple of punkin pies. Tomorrow is my sweetie’s birthday and he didn’t want cake - he lurves punkin pie. So shall he have!
It’s cold and wet outside, supposed to get to one degree above freezing tonight.
Nothing but irk on the agenda for today.
Tomorrow is hell day.
I have to call MD Exchange. I will try not to cuss but there are no guarantees,
The was a mistake in my settlement papers so I have to resign a bunch of those. They were sent to me in a download however all the pages are sideways, I haven’t figured out how to rotate them on my cell phone so I can sign them and email them back. Turning my phone sideways doesn’t work.
I have to call the insurance company because they started my home owners insurance on Sept 19 (the original settlement date) instead of Oct 23 (the actual settlement date).
Then I can pay my car insurance in advance to get the discount.
Howdy Y’all! Home from deheathenization and Brunch over to the church house. YP lurves Feast Days and gets all high churchy with the incense and such. Fortunately this is hypo-allergenic incense rather than the stuff we used to have that was quite strong, produced massive amounts of smoke and stunk to (heh) High Heaven. Anywho The Feast of All Saints was celebrated in a big way. Incense, chants, the whole enchilada. Ok, the enchilada was at brunch. Somebody brought an enchilada casserole that was quite tasty.
