Jack White is a brilliant guitar player. He records a bit sloppy and he’s not going for Yngvie levels of accuracy and technique, but the man can write a hook like nobody’s business and he is an absolute *master *of tone.

GAH. Jack Whites tone makes me want to destroy every guitar ever made just so that he can’t ever make that fucking awful noise ever again. That includes my Les Paul and my Taylor. Eric Johnson has tone. Jack White has a mushy mess of foulness that spews forth and contaminates the speakers that create it. His tone is the cause of world hunger, mass suicides and the problems in the middle east. Whites tone is so bad that it went back in time and inspired Hitler. Yep, you got that, *Hitler *liked Jack Whites tone. The only tone worse that Jack Whites is Jon Spenser’s.

But I do like his voice.

Yes, I have seen that too, with a great solo in the end. While the album version is sort of boring.
