Tab is great.

Tab is great.
Yes, I think it was. We were in the Chicago area.
Oh, I think she had chocolate yogurt, too. Also not a good combination.
Moxie is so hideous that I own a tee shirt advertising it.
You really tend to buy some weird shit while on a Maine vacation.
I still have an unopened bottle of this in the back of my fridge. I have no idea why, but at this point it’s just kind of become a fixture. We tried a bottle when it was new and it was hideous (but then, I don’t see the allure of “bubble tea,” either–I don’t want disgusting slimy bits of anything floating in my drink).
At this point, the globules have migrated about halfway down the bottle.
You don’t have to look any further than RC Cola.
Diet RC.
Put them together in 1980s Diet Dr. Pepper, and you get the nastiest soda swill I’ve ever tasted.
This.
If it’s a liquid and there’s stuff in it I have to chew, it better be soup.
Stop by my house then. I had an 80s themed party a couple of weeks ago and we found Tab to serve, I think one person tried it.
Pepsi Fire is one of the bigger misses I’ve tried lately and I try as many different kinds of pops I can. Even the slurpee at 7/11 is pretty bad. Tastes like Red Hot soda, which is worse than it sounds.
I live in Michigan and we have Faygo, previously mentioned by others. Is Faygo now national? I grew up in the 80’s and it was a Michigan thing for sure.
Their Chocolate Cream Pie was pretty good, but they discontinued the regular version and now only offer Diet Chocolate Cream Pie. It’s OK for a sip, but is pretty bad.
Their blue Moon Mistis also pretty disgusting.
Still, Candy Apple Faygo and Cotton Candy Faygo are two of the best sodas I’ve ever had.
Pepsi Blue
Realizing it is not just a 60s/70s thing, but to my sister and I Diet Shasta was the nadir of carbonated beverages.
Dr. Pepper. Totally hideous crap.
I find the taste more like carbonated Vicks VapoRub.
Hey, would Joey Heatherton do commercials for a crap product? :dubious:
Joey Heatherton, mmmmmmmmmmmmm! :oAs an aside, a counselor at a summer camp I attended as a teenager went around telling everyone that RC Cola makes you sterile. I could never tell if he was joking or not.
A guy I used to know in Minneapolis would always buy six-packs of blue cream soda from Super America. It looked like he was drinking Windex.
Truman Capote used to drink it out of champagne glasses at cocktail parties.
I’m a huge fan of Tab. I got a vintage four set of the TAB hourglass glasses for $2 at a thrift store. And I still buy and drink the soda when I can find it.
Diet Chocolate faygo i think it was
Ugh 95 shades of nasty.
Yes. I’m glad she made the commercials but I don’t have to buy the product.
