Them Straight Doper Ali G threadz

Borat singing at the Country Bar on tonight’s show was priceless. I laughed so hard that I cried.

Six Feet Under is such a downer lately that I have to watch Ali so I don’t go to bed depressed.

Haj

The people in the bar didn’t get into the song until the chorus

“Throw the jew down the well,. so my country can be free”

HA HA. Man that was funny.

I took my cousin to see that when it came out. I’m glad I did. It was hilarious!

Borat talked that one southerner into letting him touch his “ham”. Too funny.

I loved the one where he was talking to the shooting range guy, and was saying something like, “In my country, if you have a gun, that means you’re a beeg man.” The guy was lapping it up.

And some random quotes (maybe not exact). . .

“I went to school with Barbara Bush”

“In my country, very funny name. a-Boosha means dee hayers around dee genital. And “barbara” means to eat. So, barbara boosha ees to eat dee hayers around dee genital.”

“I was watching Sesame St. the other day and I found it very educational. They should make a show like that. . .for children.”

“what are the effects of marijuana?”

“loss of short term memory, decreased energy, incoherence. . .”

“OK. Does it have any negative effects?”

One of the funnier bits that I’m sure most Americans don’t get is Borat’s greeting at the beginning of his segment and the sign-off. They’re both Polish (which I can’t spell): “Yak ze mash” and “Jen kooya”, which mean “Hello” and “Thank you”!
