Rebuilt airbags explode like shrapnel

Rebuilt airbags are previously deployed bags that have been mended and recharged with propellant, in some cases gun powder. The government says they aren’t safe and should be replaced with a new factory-certified model…The Quebec government shut down the businesses making rebuilt airbags earlier this year. But before they did that, almost 200 rebuilt airbags were shipped to Alberta.

Holy flurking schmidt!!! Alberta dopers, I hope none of you have one of the 200 rebuilt airbags still out there.
