**ContraPoints **is a ‘youtube philosopher’ who, first came into my radar when I caught his video addressing crazy internet white nationalist cultists (Why Wh!te N@tionali$m is Wrong). I find this youtuber expresses himself with a surprising level of depth and self-awareness (of the absurdity of the subject matter).
One particular device which I enjoy is ContraPoints’ honest use of devil’s advocate, which is entertainingly done by dressing up as a counter-representative. For example, while ContraPoints would be arguing for the peaceful/rational debate of racists he would also dress up as a violent anarchist to present to points for beating Nazi-Facist scum. These elements are atheistic choices, but I find he captures the essence of each character well.
