Can you provide some evidence, such as case law, indicating tha tthe purpose of the 10th Amendment is to say the federal government can’t do anything the Constitution doesn’t specifically say it CAN do? Because that’s not what it says. In fact, the framers deliberately left out language that would have specifically said that.
If in fact the 10th Amendment means what you claim it to mean, please explain the existence of the EPA. Or the Interstate system. Or federal safety regulations. Or the FBI. Are all those things unconstitutional?

I don’t have a problem with the EPA. As long as you pass an Amendment that gives the federal government the authority to create it.
My point, dope, is that the amount you pay in taxes doesn’t give you an extra votes or any extra credibility. That depends on the quality of your argument, and in that respect you are a pauper.
