There’s quite a way to go between “being able to decypher what an organ is doing in real time” and “read thoughts”. Hell, half the time* I *don’t know what I’m thinking.
On the other hand, it would be quite cool if that thing could display hallucinations or dreams.
I, as I suspect many married men to be, am transparent to my wife. Therefore, wives can read minds as well. This is not news to any long-married fellows, I imagine.
