As of 10:45pm EST, they’re projecting states as far west as Arizona and Utah. But they still won’t project Florida.

Not sure entirely, but my WAG is that it’s something to do with the postmark date and not the delivery date, and/or perhaps they have to be hand-counted.
Frankly, I cannot understand why they can’t count those absentee votes tonight…we have to wait until Thursday?
Maybe because a lot of them didn’t get sent to the people in question in time, and the ACLU is trying to get Florida to extend the date to Nov 12, the date which overseas ballots are due, iirc.
