freeze dried Cookies and Cream Ice Cream.

At first glance that was [freeze dried Cookies] and [Cream Ice Cream]. Took a couple of tries to realise that you probably meant [freeze dried] [Cookies and Cream Ice Cream]

I’m also confused over the nature of freeze-dried ice cream. That seems like a defiance of physics, or something.

I’m pretty sure the shop at Canaveral was selling it ~25 years ago.
