Things you liked but can't watch twice.

Larry Clarks “Kids”. Could associate alot with those kids, grew up pretty much the same way and knew people just like the characters. Much too disturbing for me to watch it again.

Life is Beautiful. It’s a magnificent movie, but it’s like Schindler’s List in that it’s so heartbreaking.

Enterprise, in a different way, since (1) I can’t stand the show, and (2) it offends my science fictional integrity with its mutilation of the ST timeline.

I loved Seinfeld when it first came out, but cannot watch it’s episodes not = I think it’s not timeless.

Loved Hulk, MacGuyver and Scarecrow and Mrs. King as a kid but can’t watch it now because I don’t love it the same - so I just try to remember the memories of loving it so much - the nostalgia.

And for the category of - what I thought was a great movie but can never watch it again b/c it was too depressing - Schindler’s list, what’s eating gilbert grape, the magdelene sisters, one hour photo, monster ball

The 10th Kingdom mini-series.

I loooved this the first time I saw it. Hell, I wished I’d thought of the idea first. Then I rented it again about a year later, and eh. I only watched an hour or two the second time. Oh well, at least I didn’t buy it on DVD like I’d thought about.
