Snopes has it as “under construction”: a very elaborate Christmas light display synchronized with music.
I’d like to give Snopes some help on this. After you’ve watched it (and it is awesome, real or not), tell me what you think. My take on it:
—Wouldn’t it short out power to the whole house? Maybe the whole neighborhood?
—I checked the Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s discography, and the song is from an album that was released last fall. I don’t know how long it would take to work out that display and get it just right, but if it’s real, either they worked real fast last year, or took their time and then set it up real early this year.
—If you were looking at the display IRL, where would the music come from? A PA system outside?
