"This Blows" (CBC horror-comedy)

Yesterday I watched a new series called “This Blows” on the CBC streaming web site (8 episodes of ~11 minutes). It’s a comedy about a struggling actress who gets the power to make people (and animals) blow up when she’s angry, co-written by Bruce McCulloch of “The Kids in the Hall”.

It was a pretty funny black comedy, and it went in directions that I didn’t predict, which was nice. Hopefully the main actress will star in more stuff in the future.

Has anyone else seen this show?

To the OP, I haven’t watched it, though it sounds interesting…I’ll probably check it out when I have fewer other shows on the go.
