I don’t know where in the U.S. they are besides here in Southern CA. But they deliver bottled water.
I’m talking about Sparklets trucks.
The rear end of the truck is decorated with hundreds of little hanging blue reflectors on a sign with their logo. The sign looks electric even close up.
It makes my day to see one.

Their homepage has a ‘Take a Dodger to School!’ promotion. That suggests Los Angeles. I tried to order some, but they don’t service Bayport, LI.
Those little blue reflectors must be sparkletts’ eh?
