Well now they are claiming that some big motorcycle rally in DC is part of their American Spring protest. I thought the bikers went to DC every year. I’m seeing a lot of “The bikers will be here to back us up tomorrow!”
I just want to let everyone know that I survived the uprising. Thankfully, my house, my car, my pets and loved ones were all unaffected.

If they’re referring to Rolling Thunder, which happens every Memorial Day weekend and goes from the Pentagon to the Vietnam Vet Memorial, I’m pretty sure those bikers, many of whom are vets themselves, aren’t riding to overthrow the government. I suppose it *could *happen, in a parallel universe, but I wouldn’t bet the rent.
Isn’t one of the loons in question a retired Lieutenant Colonel? Hopefully he’ll pull some stunt that will cause him to lose his retirement pay and privileges. I mean, it seems he’s already threatening the president, albeit a very weak threat. So, why isn’t he under arrest?
I can hear it now:
