I’m sorry, that is incorrect. Honolulu is served by Interstate Highways H-1 and H-201 (a link that connects highway H-1 with H-3).

I’m afraid I must protest both the question and the answer. The traditional “five state capitals” were Juneau, Honolulu, Carson City, Nevada, Dover, Delaware, and Pierre, S. Dakota. However, the DOT defines the Hawaiian system of “H” routes to be part of the Interstate Highway system, so that disqualifies Honolulu. Then in 2017, Nevada finally finished the last section of Interstate 580 between Reno and Carson City, thus making hundreds of trivia sources obsolete. There are only three capitals left: Juneau, Dover, and Pierre.
