Rocket88… I was in Okinawa before Clinton gave it back to the Japanese… they were PISSED… Okinawan’s are NOT Japanese and they wanted AMERICANS to know this… they hated the fact that Clinton ‘gave’ them back to Japan… had to be there… the riots in NAHA made the riots in WATTS look like cookouts in the backyard.
I went to the Phillipines before the volcano blew up the air force base and a lot of civilians there… beautiful country… I paid $5.00 for a complete and total beauty treatment… what ‘our’ stars would pay about $1000 for at that time… and gave them a five dollar tip and they were overjoyed to get that. The top wage for most any worker there at that time (81-82) was $30 American dollars a month… which equated to about 50,000 yen (cant remember the phillipine equivalent) at the time. They lived high on the hog off the American service-people there.

ROTFLourAO…I own a small apartment complex and one of my tenents came over to the office about 3 hrs. ago. I was reading this topic and he asked me what I was laughing about. Because, 70% may be a combined rating. For instance, a 70% disabled vet may have a 30% disability for a leg injury, a 30% disability for a back condition, a 10% disability for a shoulder condition, and a 0% disability for hemorrhoids.
You either have one disability rated at 70% or a combination of disabilities with a combined rating of 70%. Certain disabilities cap out at certain levels. I was just seeing if you know the rating system. So far, you have shown that you do not even understand what a “C” number is, so I have great doubts.

No, you are NOT entitled to all VA benefits at the 70% service connected rate. In fact, at 70% you have no more benefits that someone rated at 30%.
You are NOT entitled to the same benefits as a 100% service connected vet or a veteran who has been rated P&T at the 100% rate.
Which as you know, anyone here has the right to know how much you are being paid as a disabled vet.
