I’m going to assume you have no professional experience with comparing engineering concept designs versus as-built installations. Although I posted at length on supporting this particular wind project, I still maintain that it is likely to be somewhat more visible than the low-res “artists concepts” show. Comparing the concept sketches versus as-built ocean installations in Europe could be enlightening to you.
