I have been on a bus that was packed to the gills (trample hazard?), and it drives on the runway. This was of course a dirty third-world airport with lax* safety standards.
At least there were helpful signs reminding the drivers that planes have right away. :rolleyes:

Wow. I like starting at the threshold when I can - gives me room for problems - but I’m not going to fly at 6 FREAKING FEET AGL to hit it. I understand he wanted to drop down from that little hill there, but damn.
Mind you, I snapped off my intstructor’s nose wheel in a 50 foot pile of ice and snow, but at least I was 50 feet up in the air! 
Update: The pilot has earned his certificate.
Good for him.
Let’s just keep him away from Gibraltar…
