Um, isn’t that how it’s done? Does drafting no longer require an apprenticeship? Even if you are experienced but are changing industries? Do young’uns these days assume they will step into a job for which they are perfectly suited?

I have mad skillz :rolleyes:, but I do not know your industry, nor do I know your company standards. I’ve temped before and I know that Step One is to be open to what you say. You aren’t hiring me to be your boss. Give me a few months and I will transform your standards to mine, which are VASTLY superior :D, but, for now, I’m just a temp.
