The funniest part of your post is the “Made In China” wording. 
Major media outlets including Fox, ABC and NBC and their affiliates in their reporting of this case have typically referred to Daniels as an “adult film actress”, “porn actor”, “porn star” etc.
I’d also hesitate to call her Trump’s mistress, as that implies they had some sort of ongoing relationship.
IIRC, they flirted a bit, she slapped his butt with a copy of Forbes during the flirtation, which meant, in Trump’s mind, that he had to fuck her to even the score, he told her she reminded him of Ivanka (which he probably did that to set the mood so he could get it up) then he planted his little mushroom flag. It happened once.
I think he had a somewhat longer relationship with Karen McDougal, the other woman he paid off - but I wouldn’t call Stephanie Clifford (that’s Daniels real name) a former mistress. Former fling, maybe.

ETA: Their main concern at the moment seems to be how they can hurt Biden. That’s pretty much their operating principle at the moment.
It has certainly been pushing doublethink as hard as possible. I mean, the basic message has been “It’s Biden’s fault that he failed to stop a horrific invasion that we wholeheartedly support” and their audience doesn’t seem to notice or care.
It’s also Biden’s fault because he’s a scheming devious mastermind who is doddering and senile.
To be fair, that specific flavor of doublethink isn’t constrained to the Right; similar things were said about Dubya Bush, leading some sort of global conspiracy while also being a drooling, grinning moron.
I recall them being said by different people.
Not by the same news network, often within minutes of each other.
That’s not how I remember it. It was always that Dubya was a moron whose job was to be the “good-natured chump” face of the party, while Cheney and the like were running the “conspiracy”, (whose goals were mostly “reduce taxes for the rich and secure oil supplies”).
Conspiracies are supposed to be secret.
