The judge overseeing Dominion Voting Systems’ lawsuit against Fox News said on Wednesday that he was imposing a sanction on the network and would very likely start an investigation into whether Fox’s legal team had withheld evidence, the New York Times reported.
Looks like these Fox lawyers will be getting their own lawyers soon.
And this:

The obvious flaw in that defense is that Fox claims they were reporting on the Big Lie in order to present all sides of a current political issue (y’know, “fair and balanced”), when in fact that’s the only side they were reporting.

Yep that’s my thought as well, they might as well just say, “Well, we lost this one.” and start preparing an appeal in hopes of getting a more lenient judge.
Perhaps they can protest for change of venue, because the actual reality in which the court resides is not the conservative “reality” in which the crime was committed.
