I keep hearing this phrase, but who would really want to own a lib? Maybe a long-term lease, but own?
It’s kind of a case of why buy the cow when you can milk it for free. The ones who are capable of reflection – minority to be sure – realize that any programs “the libs” come up will include them, no mater what insults they hurl.
After all, has Biden promised aid only to the states that gave him electoral votes the way Donnie Two-scoops has?
< chef’s kiss >
Yup.
She’s making stuff up to feel persecuted about. Total horseshit with a side of bullshit.
Fox News: working hard to insure that you are neck deep in the road apples of the four horsemen.
Yep, it is “woke” to worry about your health too. /s
Wait, I thought that the Official Line was that Chinese air was bad?
That was so yesterday. Do try to keep up.
Only if it supports eeevil Chinese balloons!
yes, if i remember properly, china takes our good air and sends us their bad air.
The day after a former POTUS is indicted on several federal charges, a historic first, the Fox News main page has decided it isn’t newsworthy. Leading story is “No Holds 'Barr’ed: Former Trump AG addresses Hunter investigation, Biden bribery probe shutdown allegations”.
Down the page a bit you can find “Former President Trump issues fiery response to Biden DOJ indictment”.
And we wonder why the right lives in such a confused state.
This is basically news malpractice. They used to pretend they were “fair and balanced”, but they don’t even pretend anymore.
ETA: Even the NY Post has it as the main story, as does the WSJ. What are the other right-of-center papers and news sources? Chicago Tribune? Also on the front page.
ETA 2: I guess it’s only the WSJ editorial page that’s really right wing.
Even Breitbart has it as the main story, although their headline is: Peak Witch Hunt: Feds Indict Trump
Yes, I looked at Breitbart. Sometimes I need a good laugh.
USA Today doesn’t even mention it in today’s paper, and Friday is their weekend edition. Meaning either they’ll be covering a 3-day-old story on Monday, or they just won’t mention it at all. I’m sure it’s because they went to press before the news broke, but come on. What a garbage newspaper.
EDIT: I’m sure they have it on their website. I was talking to my dad today and asking if he read anything interesting in the paper this morning. He had no idea what I was talking about. I then chided him about canceling the New York Times; I have no doubt they have wall to wall coverage in their print edition today.
They think this is the peak, and it’s going down from here?
They do, it’s the top story right now. Actually, a few articles on the main page are related to it. They’re definitely not pretending nothing happened.
I’m mainly thinking about my dad’s perspective, who only reads the print edition, nothing online.
Sadly the presses are always going to have to play catch up in the digital age,
I was contrasting it with a real newspaper like the New York Times, who almost certainly has the story plastered all over the front page of their print edition today.
Yeah, USA Today always struck me as the “generic store brand soda” version of the news.
