While I can’t (and wouldn’t) discount the dangers of Sarah Palin even getting within shouting distance of the White House, the idea of the HAARP project being the culprit is interesting given a new twist. Jesse Ventura has a new program on cable called “Conspiracy Theory” and its first show was about the HAARP installation up here in Alaska being used to “possibly control the minds and thoughts of American citizens.” HORRORS!
What’s laughable about that, though, is sticking such a project up here where we have proven, by electing Palin governor a few years ago, a majority of our electorate have no minds worth controlling! HA! (We demonstrate it amply in other ways, too, but it would be off-topic for me to list them here.)

I was watching Jesse Ventura and Oliver Stone on Larry King a few nights ago and apparently they are big Chavez supporters.

To paraphrase Les Grossman, “You guys are American heroes. The country owes you a debt of gratitude for your service in Vietnam. NOW SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!”

Conspiracy theorist websites have speculated that the Obama administration ordered a HAARP attack on Haiti, in order to test the technology’s capability as a non-nuclear option to attack hardened underground targets. These theorists claim that a “bonus” for the Obama Administration and Democrats, is the massive influx of Haitian immigrants (and amnesty for those already illegally here), who will be welfare-dependent wards of the state and who will swell the ranks of the Democratic party.

Because this thread deals with a then-current event of six months ago, the title has been rendered confusing by the passage of time. It unfairly suggests to the less informed that Hugo Chavez has accused us of fomenting second Haiti earthquake. Therefore I’m closing the thread.
