Those fancy little cognac glasses. What are they called?

I’ve seen some small drinking glasses, apparently made for drinking cognac out of. They have a glass tube coming out of the bottom, that you suck the drink through, and they stand on three little legs. I suspect they have a name, but I cant find out what it is. Anybody know?

They’re used for brandy and cognac, though they don’t really match your description of multi-legs.

Brandy pipes? WTF??? I thought the Big Thing with brandy was to cradle the snifter in your hand so the brandy warms up and releases aroma that your nose will pick up when you sip from it.

The Sippy Straw thing keeps your nose away from the brandy, so you won’t smell it as much, which I’d think would diminish the taste.
